Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, seasonal demand, or holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are calculated after processing and may vary based on your location, carrier operations, and the items in your order.
Estimated delivery windows:
- Domestic orders: typically 5–10 business days after shipment
- International orders: delivery times vary by destination and may take longer depending on customs and local carrier processing

Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. This can happen when multiple items in your order are prepared separately or become ready for shipment at different stages.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking updates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, 3rd & Place is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at thirdandplace@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, 3rd & Place is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- checking around your delivery location
- confirming the address on your order
- asking neighbors or household members
- contacting the shipping carrier directly

Damaged Items or Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if you experience a shipping issue, please contact us at thirdandplace@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos, if applicable.
